Unicorporated Associations

Hi all,

On Saturday, I'll get to the point with one customer where we apply Statutory Interest and Compensation under the Act. However, this customer is an unincorporated amateur theatrical society so doesn't have it's own distinct legal personality (any action would be against the members).

Now, I know that the Act applies where both parties are "acting in the course of a business," but I'd be keen to see if you thought the interpretation of this extends to such societies.
