presenting invoices on time

I had an agreement with a tourist online company that sells my hotel. They collect the money from the guests and I had to present invoices within 180 days to be paid. For different reasons, invoices were not presented on time. They have my money in their hands and now they are willing to pay only 50% of the bills. What can I do?
Thanks

What were their reasons for only paying 50%?

This is going to depend upon the terms of your contract with them. If you were contractually required to submit invoices within 180 days but did not then that is going to affect your rights.

However it is going to depend on the details of the agreement and possibly any mitigating circumstances.

I would recommend you seek legal advice on the issue.

I can pass it to our Litigation department (The Credit Protection Association), if you want to please email me the detailed statement and other documents such as the terms and conditions agreed. If you have a claim, we would be happy to be of assistance in recovering it.
