Compensation payment for part paid invoice was created by 05surveyor
When an invoice has been part paid you have stated in your answers that the daily interest accruing is still calculated on the original invoice amount. What about the compensation payment? If my original invoice was for £1900, but payment was only received for £950 do I add an amount for the compensation payment of £40 or £70?

The compensation would be calculated on the original debt value, not the outstanding balance.
