The right to claim compensation is enshrined in LAW and everyone entitled to claim it should do so.

The right to claim compensation was included in the Late Payment of Business Debts Act because, quite rightly, creditors were complaining that previously the time and effort put into chasing small debts was not worthwhile for the small amount of interest they might be able to claim.

If everyone paid when they promised to do so, this country would be in a far better financial state!
