Interest on overdue payment owed by business to individual was created by Festival
Recently sold personal property to a company, a proportion of the contractual amount is now overdue. There is no provision in the agreement for interest to be paid. Can I charge the business interest on the overdue balance?

The late payment legislation only covers commercial debts I'm afraid.
