Hello,

Just a quick question...for an invoice overdue the payment date can a sole trader charge a late payment fee and interest to another sole trader?

As long as you are both running businesses and it was a business transaction you are covered by the act :)

The exact legal status of the business doesn't have any impact on eligibility.
