Hi David

1)I am owed invoices back to October 2012 up to June 2013, the company keep promising to pay but obviously have not.

Do I charge £40 for every invoice owed or is it on the total value of the invoices

2)Is it correct that I have to re-invoice with the interest + the £40

Hi Mark,

To answer your questions:

1) You are legally allowed to charge the fixed costs on *each* invoice outstanding/paid late.

2) No, you don't legally have to invoice again with the inclusion of costs and interest. You could outline the charges in an email or on a spreadsheet.
