Invoice in dispute can I still claim was created by Bobbie
Can a small building contractor claim interest on a disputed final invoice where the client terminated the contract and does not agree the sums? The client has employed a consultant to value works but it is taking time. Please help me understand.

Hi There.
It is difficult for anyone to give an opinion without knowing all the facts. Even then I don't think anyone could help you. if there is a dispute about the amounts then it will be up to you to resolve the issue. Is the whole amount of what you owed in dispute? The client should certainly pay you for any undisputed amounts.
