VAT registered company was created by Natalie

Hello,

Probably a really silly question...I'm trying to put together some T's & C's for a company around the Late Payment Act. If the company providing the service is not VAT registered, can I put a note in there about charging interest on late payments?

Hi Natalie,

Whether you are VAT registered or not has no bearing on Late Payment legislation.
