Just want to bring to your attention two companies that are members of this website -
Company X and company Y

Both of these companies are under investigation by OFCOM for slamming and signing-up vulnerable customers without proper consent.

OFCOM has already fined Company X £50,000 but the directors have simply transferred their customers to the new company they have set up (Company Y).

I do not think these are the types of companies that you would want to be a member of this website - companies who prey on the old and vulnerable in order to make money.

Sorry but as mentioned in the forum rules, we cannot allow the naming of particular companies on this. It could end up getting us into a lot of trouble if what you say is not correct. I hope you understand.

I have however noted your comments, and the companies mentioned and we will look into the information you provided.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We are going to introduce a method that allows supporters to verify that they pay on time in the New Year.
