There is no hard and fast rule on your question. You can claim 'reasonable compensation' which means you have to be realistic about your claim.

I would recommend that you read through this post on Debt recovery costs which gives a good overview of what success other businesses have had, plus their opinions on charging compensation.

The general consensus (in the thread above) is that you claim compensation on each invoice.
