deliberate non payment to create an insolvency situation.

I was the owner of a small sub contractor working for a major construction company. despite an agreement to pay in 30 days the payment days stretched out to over 100. My bank realised who owed the money and quickly sent in the administrators. I have since learned that this major construction company has an MO of putting subbies under as they then fob off the administrators and, after a time take the owed money to the bottom line. I also learned that the manager in the construction company engineered we would go under so he could bring in a friends company instead.
I have proof of what went on but do I have any recource in law to recover what I personally lost even though my company was limited?
