Dealing with an Italian company was created by gurusingh
Hello everyone.I am grateful to have found this site and forum.Here is our difficulty.We supplied an Italian company with several thousand samples of our product fora promotion.They contracted to take full products by end of September 2012.For two weeks they are silent.Previously our relationship was daily e mail communication.What do we do now? We would appreciate any comments or suggestions

Hello Guru
You say they are contracted to take the products but the date has passed. It would be hard for anyone to give you advice on your issue as there is not enough information. Also this site is about late payment and I am not sure that your question is relevant.

I would suggest seeking the advice of a professional.
