Hello All
I have found this site after looking at recovery of my wages from 2011. I was working for a English owned company in Bucharest Romania. Veritas Asset Management SRL. I left the company in January 2012 due to failure to pay me my invoices. I have been told from January that I will be paid next month. This is still on going and delay after delay. Now the the wage is over £17.000 and John Morrison has broken off all communications.
Can people help by pointing me in the right direction or advic eon my next move.

Thank you in advance Martin

The first question is are they wages or are you a service provider ?

If wages I assume you were employed in Romania and thus a Romanian employment lawyer should be your first call

If however you are under contract Where is you contract based and under what terms and legal jurisdiction ?

If your terms state that the contract is under English Law you should speak to a UK solicitor to start the process of collection but you will need to find one that has contacts with a Romanian law firm.

A word of warning though based on bitter experience collecting from Bulgaria - the cost of legals may far exceed the amount collected..., but do take legal advise in the first instance.
