Hi i have a builder whome has refused to pay 3 number invoices due to client unhappy with workmanship. Client has sent me a letter stating this is untrue.
What amount of interest can i charge for late payment if i pursue through MONEY CLAIM ONLINE. Also is MCOL best cvourse of action
